Returns & Exchanges Policy (Perfume Products)

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged only if the product is unused and unopened.

  • The original plastic wrap, seal, or tamper-evident packaging must be intact and unbroken.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tested are not eligible for return or exchange.

Timeframe

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items returned outside this window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Products with broken or removed seals

  • Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
